• Stakeholder interviews 30 minutes per stakeholder
• Follow-Up Sessions: Each session is up to one hour. Clients may choose one or more of the following based on need:
  • Roadmap Review: Walk through the audit roadmap to clarify phases, priorities, and quick wins.
  • Q&A and Tooling Discussion: Address questions on analyst workflows, tooling options, or capability building. Includes recommendations and optional template support.
  • Next Action Planning: Prioritize near-term tasks, assign ownership, or triage tooling gaps. (If selected as the only follow-up, clients may book up to three of these sessions.)

• This purchase secures your booking with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due no later than the day of your scheduled session—either before or immediately after the meeting depending on service.
